Use fresh oregano like this daily

Greek Salad:  The classic Greek salad is made with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, feta cheese, and a vinaigrette dressing, and fresh oregano is added to it to add a fresh herbal flavor.

Pizza Sauce:  Homemade pizza sauce is made by adding tomatoes, garlic, onions, and oregano to it.

Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Oregano:  Chicken is marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano and cooked in a preheated oven.

Fresh Oregano Pesto: Pesto is a sauce made from fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, and nuts. Oregano is added to it to make it more delicious.

Tomato and Oregano Pasta:  To make pasta sauce, fry tomatoes, garlic, and oregano in oil and then add cooked pasta to this sauce.

Grilled vegetables:  Fresh oregano adds a lovely flavor to grilled vegetables. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano before grilling.

Herb butter:  Fresh oregano can be used to make herb butter by combining softened butter with chopped oregano, salt and pepper.
